The site was created in early 2008 and we have already listed over 2000 properties. We advertise extensively on the internet and attract around 30,000 unique visitors a month. We plan to double this within the next six months. Visitors tell us that they find our site very easy to use and search, this is the key to repeat visits.
Our rates represent excellent value for money, we only charge by the month and we don't tie customers into a contract. If you want to stop advertising at any time you just let us know and cancel the payment. Most companies ask for an annual fee up front or tie you in for a year. This is effectively pay as you go holiday property advertising.
Advertising on Rent-My-Villa.com is easy. We have two basic charging structures, one aimed at private owners and the other designed for agents.
Private Owners
Advertise your property for only £5 per month. Create your own advert and benefit from the following:
- No restriction on the number of pictures you can use in the advert.
- No restriction on the amount of text you can use in the advert.
- Link your advert to an availability calendar or directly to your own site.
- Link to a map that lists the location of your property.
- Link directly to information on the area in which your property is located.
- We don't tie you into a contract for one year. This is pay as you go holiday property advertising.

Agents
Advertise up to 20 properties for only £15 per month. You create all the adverts and benefit from the following:

- Link directly to tourist information on the area in which your properties are located.
